The Cardiac Catheterization/Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Laboratory  is a combination procedure lab providing vascular and cardiac radiographic imaging procedures for outpatients and inpatients.  The lab provides for screening and diagnostic evaluation of patients with known or suspected cardiovascular disease.  The interventional radiology service provides diagnosis and treatment of diseases non-surgically through small catheters guided by radiographic imaging.  This service includes procedures that diagnose, treat and correct diseases of veins, arteries, kidneys, liver and other internal organs that might otherwise be treated by surgery.
